Upon arrival, your filter is thoroughly inspected and logged into our tracking system to ensure complete service documentation.
Each filter is weighed and pressure tested to establish baseline performance data. These results are recorded and included in the final service report.
The filter undergoes an initial pneumatic cleaning process to remove loose soot and particulate matter accumulated within the filter.
Our proprietary Hydro Cleaning process utilizes pressurized water to safely and effectively clean the DPF substrate. This cleaning method is recognized and approved by Cummins for restoring filter performance.
Every filter is subjected to an 8-hour thermal regeneration cycle designed to convert remaining soot and contaminants into ash for easier removal.
Following thermal regeneration, the filter receives a second pneumatic cleaning to remove any remaining ash and soot released during the thermal regeneration process.
The filter is weighed and pressure tested again to verify cleaning effectiveness. The collected data allows us to measure the amount of soot removed and confirm that airflow has been restored to industry standards.
A comprehensive final inspection is performed to ensure the filter meets quality standards. Requested repairs, such as sensor bung replacement or repair, are completed, and the filter is thoroughly cleaned externally to ensure a clean and efficient reinstallation process.
