DPF Cleaning Service
SETP 1: Intake
All DPF's when received will be fully recorded to our system including serial number, starting weight and air flow performance.
SETP 2: Cleaning Process
All DPF's receive a Pneumatic cleaning and Regeneration Heat Treatment. Upon Request or to fleet standards we can also perform a pressurized hydro cleaning.
SETP 3: Final Testing
Before we return your filter will weigh your filter one more time, perform a final airflow test and log all data to our software and provide a service certificate.
