STEP 1: Intake

All DPF's, when received, will be fully recorded to our system, including part number, starting weight, and airflow performance.

STEP 2: Cleaning Process

All DPF's receive a Pneumatic, Aqueous cleaning and Regeneration Heat Treatment.

STEP 3: Final Testing

Before we return your filter, we will weigh your filter one more time, perform a final airflow test and log all data to our software and provide a service invoice.
